RANGA LASANTHA
Ranga Lasantha, an IT professional originally from Sri Lanka, is the founder of RecruitMate. He arrived in NZ in 2011 and after graduating, he moved to Gisborne for employment.
While there, Ranga met some Sri Lankans who were working at a truck-stop company. The company had sourced the employees directly, albeit with a number of challenges in the process. This was Ranga’s lightbulb moment. He realized how beneficial it would be for NZ companies to partner with a NZ based recruitment migration service, led by an experienced professional with strong ties to the migrant community.
And so the idea was born, the company launched in 2015, we initially sourced talents to the automotive industry. Today we have been able to expand our services across automotive, manufacturing, engineering and construction industries with the rising demand in the talent sourcing market. With a team of talent search specialists and recruitment professionals who have experience in the sectors we operate in, our aim is to locate and source the best of the best when it comes to professionals. We are heavy on research, market intelligence and profiling and follow a proven process that meets the industry and compliance standards to select the right talent for the right job opportunity.
