Discovering
the Right Candidates

We have a large active database of candidates with which we ensure a fast candidate location. We also combine our strong network in the recruitment industry in the Middle East and Sri Lanka with our recruitment expertise in automotive, construction and manufacturing industries to expand our talent hunt in overseas and domestic markets. We will utilize social media and other personal connections to reach more people to find the right talent for the job.

We have a thorough screening and interviewing process in place to select the best out of the best for your company. We’ll assess the candidates’ suitability and authenticity using a variety of robust methods, including:

Candidate Presentation

Once we have identified the ‘best of the best’, we connect these candidates with our clients who are in need of specialist skills. We facilitate a skype interview and mediate all communication between the client and the candidate.

Offer Management

We effectively negotiate job offers to achieve a win/win for candidates and clients. Post job offer, we work closely with licensed immigration officers to navigate the visa application process for candidates. We also provide assistance to companies to help them supply the required paperwork, such as supplying a letter of job offer.

Handling the work via applications

Once the candidate and the employer agree to the presented offer and sign the contract, our highly experienced and skilled lawyer will take over the next step of the process. She will collect the required documents from both parties and compile the work visa application. If any complications arise with the work visa application, she will skillfully and efficiently work to resolve them.

Candidate
pre arrival arrangement

Once the work visa approval comes through, we will discuss with both parties the most convenient start date of the work position. One this is settled we will handle booking the airplane tickets. As this is going on we will be assisting the candidate in hunting for the most comfortable and convenient accommodation in close proximity to their workplace. Once the candidate has arrived we will arrange their airport pick up and assist in opening a bank account and getting IRD numbers.

Post placement care

Once the candidate has begun work we will attentively monitor how they are doing and help resolve any issues that arise. In addition to this we understand that relocating to a new country, especially alone can be difficult, so we will work hard to help the candidate integrate into their ethnic communities and help them settle down in NZ.
